Product Policy

• Standard Products: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a return.
• Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@metal-profiles.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received in error or is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 0% may apply to certain returns, depending on the item and its condition.

• Refund Process: Should you wish to cancel your order, please do inform us within 72 hours. Any time period past 72 hours, any orders placed are no longer viable for a refund.
• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

• Product Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within 1-3 working days from placing your order. Exchanges are subjected to the stage of production.

• Exclusions: As our items are all made-to-order, we do not accept any returns or are liable for any refunds regarding your order.

With the products which we provide, all our powder coating is applied externally unless agreed otherwise.

For our powder coating, we require pre-drilled holes to the following products;

• Drip Trim
• Flashing
• All Fascia Types
• All Soffit Types
• Angle Trim

The hanging holes are placed as discreet as possible. Any product that comes with a 45° angled drip, we utilise this as our hanging option instead of pre-drilled holes.
